Nancy Pelosi Has A Lower Approval Rating Than Donald Trump

With all the noise made about Nancy Pelosi being a resistance hero who is supposedly out maneuvering Donald Trump at every turn, it turns out that the Democratic Party leader isn't actually that well liked by Americans. The "Patron Saint of Shade", a nickname given to Pelosi by her most devoted followers, has an extremely loyal following within the Democratic Party, so much so that people like Markos Moulitsas of the Daily Kos embarrassingly hand delivered a thousand red roses to Nancy Pelosi's office. However, for all the sycophantic devotion to Pelosi that keeps her in power, Americans as a whole are extremely unsatisfied with Nancy Pelosi and her performance when it comes to opposing President Trump. According to the RCP Polling Averages, current President Donald Trump's approval rating currently sits at an average of 44.3% and an average disapproval rating of 50.6%, a minus 6.3% approval rating overall. With Pelosi, the numbers are even worse . Pelo...

Rashida Tlaib Boos Hillary Clinton, Faces Wrath Of Online Centrists

At a recent Bernie Sanders campaign rally in Iowa, Sanders surrogate Rashida Tlaib caused controversy when instead of quieting a crowd that was booing Hillary Clinton when she was mentioned by name, Tlaib instead stated: " No we're gonna boo, we're gonna boo. When we win the haters will shut up. " This angered the media class and voters that wouldn't have even supported Sanders in the first place. The 'Very Serious People' of online Democratic discourse slammed Tlaib, claiming that she was being divisive and harming Sanders chances in the upcoming primary. Some went a step further, claiming that Tlaib wasn't a true ally to women and their struggles if she was jabbing at Hillary Clinton, while others made videos screaming " f*ck Rashida Tlaib " into the camera for their Twitter bubble and others want her to be primaried and removed from Congress. This has come after Hillary Clinton has spent the last few years trashing Bernie Sanders at ...

Let's Look Back At Chris Cillizza's Hilarious "2020 Power Rankings"

CNN journalist Chris Cillizza has spent most of his recent journalistic career being ridiculed on social media from all sides of the political spectrum due to his incredibly awful takes, seemingly living by the manta of 'well, if everyone hates me I must be doing something right!' Even fellow mainstream liberal journalists such as Charles Pierce and Todd Zwillich have asked Cillizza if he ever "spends a second critically thinking" and claiming Cillizza is "completely incapable of critical thought." When looking for things to write about, I often save pictures or keep bookmarks of things that I think could be interesting topics to comment on and after digging through the previously saved pictures I found an old Cillizza Democratic Primary 'Power Rankings' that was published at the very start of the primary process and thought it would be interesting to see how his predictions have held up over time. Now, we've all made predictions that hav...

Beto O’Rourke Thinks Swearing Will Win Him The Presidency

Many people have been questioning why Beto O'Rourke chose to run for President after narrowly losing a Texas Senate race to Ted Cruz, with his popularity within Texas seemingly not being able to translate nationwide. It's been argued from some in the progressive wing of the Democratic Party that O'Rourke's popularity within Texas was due to him running against Ted Cruz from the left - refusing to take PAC money, supporting Medicare for All and publicly supporting Colin Kaepernick taking a knee. It was also suggested that the enthusiasm for O'Rourke was merely because of Ted Cruz's low approval rating , with only 27% strongly supporting and 31% strongly disapproving of Cruz.  Morning Consult's Senator popularity rankings gave Ted Cruz a 36% disapproval rating. O'Rourke's popularity was clearly evident during his Senate run, breaking the record for the most amount of money raised in a single quarter by a US Senate candidate with $38.1m raised in...
