I personally think it would be fair to say that even many people on the Right don’t take Peter Sweden seriously, and essentially every leftist I know uses Peter and his tweets for comedic purposes. For example, there’s the time this extremely brilliant thinker tweeted that Sweden’s public transport system is communist, or his rant on the time someone told him that Swedish meatballs are actually from Turkey.. which they are. One of the first results that show up when you search “Peter Sweden” is a reference to his meatball rant, anyway it’s honestly comedy gold and you can watch it  here . Admittedly this is relatively time-worn news, but because Conservative MP for Bromsgrove, Sajid Javid, has thrown his hat into the ring to become the leader of the Conservative Party since Theresa May’s recent resignation, it needs to be repeated. Javid has hilariously been compared to former American President, Barack Obama, by Forbes magazine, and like basically any Tory Member of Parliament, he has been embroiled in controversy throughout his career. Javid has previously made absurd statements such as labelling progressive, Corbyn-supporting, activist group, Momentum, as ‘neo-fascist’ and had to backtrack on a tweet he posted claiming that Jeremy Corbyn is linked with Holocaust denial. In comes renowned conspiracy theorist, Alex Jones and his “news” show Infowars, both of which have been banned from more platforms than I’ve had hot dinners. At a recent Donald Trump rally in Mesa, Arizona, The Young Turks reporter Emma Vigeland interviewed Trump supporters with questions about the travelling migrant caravan that's heading to the US-Mexico border and the answers are about as bad as you would expect. With Trump supporters being as conspiratorial as they are, the answers given to Vigeland ranged from shooting the migrants to get them to return home, questioning who is the secret big money source behind the caravan to the 'White Genocide' conspiracy theory. Beginning with a Tucker Carlson segment where he complains about how many hispanics have immigrated to Hazelton, a small town in Pennsylvania which has seen it's hispanic population grow from 2% to 52% from 2002. Pro-Trump website 'Conservative 101' had penned a particularly dreadful  article titled "Bernie Sanders Blames President Trump For White Nationalist Movement, Then He's Caught Doing...", and it is unfounded to say the very least. Hell, the writer couldn't even make the piece grammatically correct as one of the paragraph begins with the line, "despite how Bernie Sanders the mainstream media are portraying the situation", yes, that is a literal sentence in the article, told you that it's dreadful. Anyway, the article is based on the premise that because Bernie Sanders has the support of the progressive political action organisation 'Our Revolution' and because Our Revolution sent out an email referencing how Heather passed away and to essentially fight back against the rise of white nationalism that we are currently experiencing and the fact that they had a link at the bottom of the email to ask people for donations - which, you kno...

A twitter user, which Progressive Political News is now blocked by, recently made the assumption that a vast number of white nationalists support Bernie Sanders and that he is somehow accepting of their support in order to further his political ambitions of seemingly turning America into a Soviet-style socialist state - or just giving people health care in order to live, but you know, who needs political nuance in this day and age. Political Twitter is made up of several factions that spend most of each and every day screaming at each other about why they're right, most of the time without a single policy mentioned. The factions pretty much range from the "we even hate Bernie Sanders" Left-Wing, then to the "Democrats are the only hope we have! #Resistance" and you can even end up at the Alt-Right/White Nationalist part of Twitter if you're brave enough.
