Following on from an older article we wrote about the frankly laughable lies conservatives like to spread about Ilhan Omar, they seem to have truly outdone themselves now.  Previously, Omar's detractors created easily falsifiable claims about her, claims that could be disproven from a ten second google search and a cursory read, but nevertheless they persist.  This time around, the very same people believe that the FBI are going to literally arrest Omar. The reasoning behind this is that Omar supposedly married her brother, which has of course been repeated by every right-wing 'news' outlet and even President Trump himself repeated the claim at a campaign rally. Of course something as simple as a birth certificate proves this isn't even remotely true. This didn't stop Chuck Woolery and his idiotic following tweeting out an article claiming that Omar had been 'nabbed by the FBI' and simply lapping it up without even questioning how ridiculous they sound.  FB...

A little while back we wrote about Joe Biden's gradual decline in the polls against current President Donald Trump, ranging back from before the Democratic Primary even took place, during the primary, and now that Biden has become the Democratic nominee. Biden enjoyed leads of eighteen points in a large number of polling matchups leading up to the Democratic Primary, and his polling advantage began to slowly erode as the primary went on, with Trump slightly ahead in some polls. Losses in the Iowa, New Hampshire and Nevada contests cut into Biden's lead against Trump, as did his constant gaffes on the debate stage and in interviews, as well as the fact that he is still dealing with sexual assault allegations from Tara Reade, which haven't been concluded or even reported on in months. John Delaney and his ability to be shamelessly and wholeheartedly beholden to private insurance companies have found something new to exploit: the two mass shootings in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio, both of which happened at the beginning of August just hours apart and left 32 people dead. Delaney was given ample time during the past two Democratic primary debates to lay out his proposals, in which he was laughably seen as the rational moderate, when in reality he was just arguing for the status quo. Apart from arguing against any real or meaningful change, Delaney's most memorable debate moment was when Bernie Sanders rebutted his ridiculous anti-Medicare For All statements with “Well, you’re wrong!” Which drew a large cheer from the crowd. After President Trump and his administration's provocation of Iran led to the shooting down of an unmanned drone near Iran's airspace, several politicians have shown us where they stand on this administration's efforts to force a regime change war in Iran and remove the Ayatollah's from power. There were obviously a vast spectrum of opinions, from war hawks who pretend the drone was merely minding its own business by flying in and around Iran's airspace, do-nothing Democrats whose only problem with Trump attacking Iran being that he must abide by the rules and ask Congress nicely first, to anti-war politicians such as Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren ridiculing Trump's obvious attempts at goading Iran, which he will then use as reason for the American military to invade Iran and take out the Ayatollah's. Marshae Jones, alleged to have "sparked the altercation" which led to the shooting, has been charged with manslaughter while the shooter has been freed. When women took to the streets in order to protest new draconian abortion laws proposed by several US states, notable conservative pundits insisted that the new laws weren't as bad as many women had feared and that they were just doing their moral duty to protect unborn children, but it’s doubtful Marshae Jones feels the same way. Jones was five months pregnant when she was shot in the stomach during an altercation with another woman and her fetus never survived the shooting. If you were to believe recent polling figures in regards to the Democratic Primaries, Joe Biden is by far and away one of the most popular political figures in America, with his 2020 poll numbers giving him a 37 and 32 point lead over Bernie Sanders in the recent past. There has however been issues with some of the polls that have been undertaken and given Joe Biden his huge lead, such as the one pictured above, which shows Bernie leading Biden by 2% (27%-25%) among non-white voters, but you wouldn’t know that if you watched the MSNBC segment regarding the poll, in which Biden magically gains three percentage points in order to go ahead of Bernie in these demographics. For some reason unbeknownst to me, Twitter likes to continuously remind me that I follow Susan Sarandon, and because of this I unfortunately have to come across tweets like the one pictured above which includes a ridiculous criticism that people like this like to use anytime President Trump does anything terrible - which is pretty often.  If you haven’t heard, women’s reproductive rights are quite literally under attack in several US states, including Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi and Ohio and women are being faced with jail time. HB 481 in Georgia would reportedly allow for women to be given a jail sentence of 10-30 years if she is found to be culpable of miscarrying through her own conduct (although this is extremely vague). Rick Joyner is just another conservative fundamentalist christian among a plethora of like-minded televangelists who have made ridiculous statements about President Trump's time in office. Joyner has a history of simply being wrong, roughly two years ago he claimed to have done some math and has worked out that since earth is '6,000' years old, this coincides with the first six days of the week, which means God is coming back on the seventh day or the sabbath. Essentially claiming that God was returning soon. However, Mr. Joyner may have outdone himself in this particular instance as he claims that abortion and sin are to blame for Hurricane Florence, not climate change. Hurricane Florence was a Category 4 major hurricane with winds reaching 130 miles per hour and lasted two weeks, from the end of August to the middle of September. Jack Posobiec's, who's married, profile on dating site Bumble. Jack Posobiec is a conservative film director, aspiring writer, constant reader and all round idiot who is never far from controversy. A quick trip over to Jack's Wikipedia page allows us to see all of his ridiculous claims and stunts such as the 'Pizzagate' conspiracy theory, falsely claiming that Bernie Sanders had told supporters to commit violence following the Steve Scalise shooting and has repeatedly made references to the White Genocide conspiracy theory. Should you be unfortunate enough to be following the likes of Dinesh D'Souza or Charlie Kirk (among others) on social media you'll notice a particular pattern in their posts: everything bad is left-wing; everything good is right-wing. At a recent Donald Trump rally in Mesa, Arizona, The Young Turks reporter Emma Vigeland interviewed Trump supporters with questions about the travelling migrant caravan that's heading to the US-Mexico border and the answers are about as bad as you would expect. With Trump supporters being as conspiratorial as they are, the answers given to Vigeland ranged from shooting the migrants to get them to return home, questioning who is the secret big money source behind the caravan to the 'White Genocide' conspiracy theory. The best way to describe evangelical TV host Rick Wiles is that he's simply insane and has made wild claims about anyone and everyone that he does not agree with politically. Following the controversy surrounding President Trump's supreme court pick Brett Kavanaugh over the past few weeks with three women coming forward to claim that the judge sexually assaulted them in the 1980's, it quickly developed into a extremely hyper-partisan issue with those on the left choosing to support the women's claims and those on the right dismissing the allegations as politically motivated. Now in steps a Republican Senate nominee from Mississippi, Chris McDaniel, who when interviewed by Bryan Fischer, a man who has claimed that the Holocaust was caused by homosexuals and that Hillary Clinton is a lesbian, on Fischer's Focal Point  radio show stated that " these allegations 99% of the time are just absolutely fabricated ", where McDaniel got that number from is truly anyone's guess. According to the  US National Debt Clock , a website which tracks the real-time total of many governmental figures ranging from the US National Debt/Deficit, how many Americans currently use Food Stamps or the current amount of people who are currently unemployed in the US - which currently sits at 12,420,110 people or 3.7% of the population. Even since writing that paragraph and taking the time to make a cup of tea, an additional $7M has already been added to the US Federal Budget Deficit that is pictured above, which shows just how quickly it is increasing. Whether you believe Donald Trump managed to elevate himself into the Oval Office using Russian hacking efforts - which is actually the making of awful internet memes to 'sway' voters - and evading the eyes of the numerous American intelligence agencies and managed to remain in office for nearly half of his first term or not, why on earth would you vote to give an "illegitimate president" an increased military budget? Following the Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez political rise ever since she joined  Justice Democrats  and actually knowing how hard she has fought to represent New York's 14th District despite going up against one of the most powerful Democrats in the country, Joe Crowley, who had campaign contributions from all of the large corporations you've ever heard of: Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Raytheon, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Major League Baseball, Sony, Home Depot and State Farm are just some among hundreds of monumental corporate bodies, this was a victory which sent principled progressives into a whirlwind of positive emotions. Polls that were undertaken by polling organisation Gallup have produced some rather worrying signs for both major political parties in America and good news for smaller, lesser known parties. The polls, which were published in January 2018, show that the number of Americans who indentify as Independents has seen its largest ever increase a year out of a presidential election. As you can see pictured above, the number of Independents has been increasing sharply since Gallup's recording began pre-1989, and very rarely dipping below the numbers of Democrats or Republicans. Gallup also mentions how decreases in Independents is usually a result of people choosing to back the candidate with either a (D) or (R) next to their name as they vote for someone that resembles their ideas as closely as possible. Bernie Sanders often deals with objections to his presidential aspirations from all sides of the political spectrum, those on the Right who believe Sanders wants to turn America into some kind of Communist dictatorship, Centrist Democrats who label Bernie as racist, sexist and unable to win a general election, with people from the Left who suggest that he isn't progressive enough. However, one particular critique of Sanders is both extremely exaggerated and in some cases, a flat out lie. Self appointed Hillary Clinton and People of Colour defender Candice Aiston took a short break from likening Hillary Clinton to Jesus and claiming that Democrats were literally 'entitled' to the votes of minority groups in order to write a truly awful  article   suggesting that Bernie Sanders supporters essentially target aforementioned minority groups who do not share their politics and dig up old tweets which could be seen as controversial in order to "silence women and POC".
