Ted Cruz Shows His Hypocrisy Within A One Minute Clip

Thankfully, Roy Moore is now a defeated Alabama Senate candidate as opposed to being the man heading to represent Alabama in Washington and this is mainly due to several women who came forward to claim that Moore had made advances to them while they were under the age of consent, with Moore being in his early thirties. A little while later, allegations surfaced that former Democratic Senator Al Franken had inappropriately groped several women, with around eight women coming forward.

Now for the hypocrisy. Several Democrats decided to use their Twitter platform to try and protest Franken's innocence, with an account even named "Al Franken is innocent", from an extremely pro-Democrat account, we're sure there is no partisanship to see here, none whatsoever.

In steps Ted Cruz, who somehow manages to be more sectarian than the "Democrats are always right by definition, because Democrats are the good guys" group of people. Cruz made an appearance on the Republican safe space that is Fox News and was asked one simple question, "should Roy Moore drop out of the Alabama Senate race because of the sexual assault allegations that have been made against him?" Ted then decides to give his answer in his usual mealy mouthed, disingenuous manner, saying that the "will of the voters" is more important than Roy Moore's sexual misdeeds, and should Alabamians decide to elect Moore, that is what should come before "some Washington politicians" decide to overrule the majority, but remember, Cruz IS your typical Washington politician.

When asked a similar question in relation to the Al Franken allegations, Ted quickly changes his tune now that the politician in question is a Democrat. When Fox News Host, Neil Cavuto, asks whether or not we should apply the same standard across the board and uphold basic principles, but in typical Ted Cruz fashion, he is unable to do so. When the topic of conversation switches to the allegations surrounding Minnesota Senator Al Franken, the majority of Franken's constituents who voted him into the Senate no longer matter, neither do the substance or outcomes of the allegations against Franken, for Ted it's simply a case of "Democrat: Bad, Republican: Good."

Cruz's hypocrisy also takes over the rest of his political beliefs, as seen in debates with Bernie Sanders surrounding the GOP Tax Bill, Ted gave his usual spiel, suggesting that America is one of the most taxed nations, without further elaborating on his point in order to actually tell the truth, as on paper, America may be highly taxed, but when you take into account what the Effective Tax Rate is, you soon realise that the richest within American society simply aren't paying their fair share, but Ted won't tell you that.

Ted doesn't stop there however, with Climate Change also in his firing line, as he suggests that, "Climate science is not science, it's a religion", which is yet another bald-faced lie. Politicians such as Ted Cruz, Donald Trump and Jim Inhofe routinely deny the science surrounding climate change in order to serve their Oil & Gas billionaire donors. When Weather Channel meteorologist Kait Parker's video was used on far-right website Breitbart, in their attempt to twist Parker's words to fit their narrative, this led to her making an excellent response video tearing Breitbart and every climate change denying politician to shreds.

We'll leave it to the beautiful Kait Parker to tell you why you should never listen to a word Ted Cruz says.

MSNBC Host Lawrence O'Donnell Explains How The Democratic Party Treats The Left

MSNBC's "The Last Word" host Lawrence O'Donnell describes his politics as a "practical European socialist", which essentially boils down to being a nordic-style social democrat, usually in favour of a mixed economy with a generous welfare state and has defended his positions on MSNBC news shows that typically frown upon stepping outside the neoliberal bubble. O'Donnell is no progressive hero in the context of american politics, sometimes scolding progressive politicians whenever they mildly criticize the Democratic Party, such as when Bernie Sanders tweeted about having to take on the Democratic establishment as well as Republicans, O'Donnell decided to concern troll Sanders by claiming that the Democratic establishment wouldn't pass Sanders' proposals if he wasn't nice to them. Over the course of the last few months an old video of O'Donnell explaining how to move the Democratic Party further left and how the party treats the p...

Donald Trump's Own Pollster: Bernie Sanders Would Have Won

So, as it turns out, even Donald Trump's very own pollster has confirmed what progressives have been saying for over a year now: Bernie Would Have Won. This seemingly obvious statement has been disreputed by two groups of political loyalists - Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton supporters. Trump's supporters, who view Donald as some sort of God who has never put a foot wrong, find it laughable that a 'communist' Independent politician could defeat their dear leader. As for people who would bow down at the feet of Hillary Clinton - you'll be able to find them by the use of their #StillWithHer Twitter hashtag - prefer to use the rather childish defence of "WE WON! YOU LOST!"(although Hillary has now lost twice during a major election) in order to suggest Sanders would have suffered the same fate as Clinton during the 2016 General Election. The pollster in question, Tony Fabrizio, made the claim while speaking at a Harvard University Institute of Politi...

Does Donald Trump Think He's Winning?

A little while back we wrote about Joe Biden's gradual decline in the polls against current President Donald Trump, ranging back from before the Democratic Primary even took place, during the primary, and now that Biden has become the Democratic nominee. Biden enjoyed leads of eighteen points in a large number of polling matchups leading up to the Democratic Primary, and his polling advantage began to slowly erode as the primary went on, with Trump slightly ahead in some polls. Losses in the Iowa, New Hampshire and Nevada contests cut into Biden's lead against Trump, as did his constant gaffes on the debate stage and in interviews, as well as the fact that he is still dealing with sexual assault allegations from Tara Reade, which haven't been concluded or even reported on in months. However, following Trump's abysmal handling of the COVID-19 pandemic and the police killing of George Floyd and many other black Americans since then, the subsequent protests and further pol...
