During the conversation, which was recorded in 2018, there was a segment regarding the 2016 election and Hillary Clinton's VP pick, which we now know was Tim Kaine.
The recording starts off by one of Trump's guests stating: "They rigged it, Bernie would have beaten Hillary" to which another guest agreed because their wasn't the same level of public repudiation towards Bernie Sanders as there is towards Clinton. More can be heard, as another guest saying that "millenials were right there for Bernie".
Now in jumps Donald Trump to state that: "If Bernie would have been Vice President, it would have been tougher, it was because of all those people that hated her so much voted for me. I got 20% of the Bernie vote because of trade, because he's a big trade guy. He basically says we're getting screwed on trade and he's right. Now, I'm worse than he is." Trump continued and dropped this bombshell: "If she had picked Bernie Sanders it would have been tougher. He was the only one I didn't want her to pick!"
Trump continues to worry about Sanders as he's heard asking about if Sanders is running again in 2020: "Is he, uhh, going to be running again?" To which his guests claim that they aren't sure, Trump states the he thinks Bernie will run again because "when they [politicians] do a lot of television it usually means they're running."
At this point they start to mention Joe Biden and one guest is heard saying "I hope Biden runs!" and they all laugh as they know that he would be much easier to beat than Bernie Sanders would be. Although conventional political wisdom suggests that a moderate like Biden would be best suited to defeat President Trump because of the vague notion of 'unity', this isn't really displayed in the polls however. Sanders enjoys a much larger lead than any of the other candidates against Trump, even in deep red Republican states and has a huge lead of over 10% with independent voters - this is exactly why Trump is terrified of Bernie Sanders.
